NURSERY
First things first, for all you parnts with the tiniest tots – there’s a special room in the back of the sanctuary just for infants up to one year old. Our nursery is “self-serve” fully stocked with necessities to make your worship experience pleasant with our smallest worshippers. It’s like a little haven for theose sleepy cuddles and adorable baby giggles.

DC KIDS
If you’ve got kiddos aged 2-11, this is the place to be! Now, let’s talk about DC Kids for the older crew. Think fun games, engaging lessons, dynamic worship and maybe even a little dancing – because why not, right? It’s not jsut childcare; it’s an adventure for these little ones in a safe and secure environment.
Whether you’re a member or a first time guest at Destiny Church, don’t hesitate to drop your kids off at DC Kids – they’re in for a treat!
412 YTH
412 YTH is for Middle School and High School kids from all walks of life who come together to learn and grow in Christ. Our desire is to reach outside our walls and use our diverse backgrounds and stories to help touch other youth. The goal is for others to see the difference that God has made in our lives and that He can do the same or even greater for them.
Our youth meet together at 7pm on Wednesday nights in our Ministry Center for fun, worship, and discipleship in God’s Word.
We plan events monthly which include: lock-ins, movie nights, youth conferences, and retreats. We participate in fundraising, community service and outreach, which are a vital part of our vision.
WORSHIP
At Destiny Church our worship ministry provides an atmosphere where people can freely worship and exalt God. Our desire is to create an inspiring Christ-centered and Spirit-led worship experience where the presence and power of God changes lives. Using different elements, technology, gifts and talents, our worship design reflects our desire to remain effective in reaching a diverse, multi-generational culture.
At Destiny you will find that we worship through many different styles and genres of music. From hymns to modern contemporary, the name of Jesus is sure to be lifted high and glorified!
MEDIA
The purpose of the media ministry here at Destiny Church is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually driven, ever changing world through the use of technology and media. Our goal is to equip other ministries of the church to use digital/electronic media as worship and outreach tool. This ministry not only provides the technical support required for our worship services, but also keeps our community up to date on social media outlets with live stream videos, encouraging devotions and church events.

CONNECT
The Connect Ministry exists to connect guest to our church family, so they may develop a personal faith that’s growing, and a growing faith that’s serving. The Connect Ministry is here to help make your worship experience at Destiny Church all that God intends for it to be. We make sure that our guests feel loved, welcomed, valued, safe and appreciated. We are committed to serving the church body with a spirit of hospitality and grace so that everyone experiences the love of Jesus.
USHER MINISTRY
The Ushers’ Ministry is a two-fold ministry. First, the Ushers provide service to all those attending Destiny Church. They greet you with a smile and are prepared to offer assistance in getting seated, directing you to where you need to go, or offering a word of prayer when needed. Secondly, the Ushers provide a type of security for the church. From the parking lot, to the sanctuary, and everywhere in between. You can always find an Usher nearby, prepared to assist you.
MEN’S MINISTRY
The Men’s Ministry of Destiny Church is dedicated to helping men become the spiritual leaders that God has called them to be. Men lead as fathers, mentors, teachers, businessmen, and coaches, being godly examples to their wives, children, at home, and in the marketplace.
Our men meet regularly for breakfasts, trips, and special fellowship occasions.
WOMEN’S MINISTRY
Women of Destiny are active in ministry and growing in faith! We’re a large and diverse group ranging from young to old, single to married, house wives to Career women and everything in between. Destiny Divas continue to grow spiritually together by meeting every three months to study God’s Word and enjoy fellowship, food and fun. Also, we have special events, luncheons, outreach activities and more throughout the year.
CREATIVE ARTS
Our Creative Arts department is a very diverse group of individuals who have the perfect mixture of talent and anointing. They minister often on Sunday mornings at Destiny through anointed mimes, dances, steps, skits, spoken words, raps, etc. The Creative Arts departments consists of multiple ministry arenas.
In addition to ministering at our local church, this department travels occasionally to church events and conferences spreading the fire of God in a unique way.
COLLEGE & CAREER
This group is from ages 18-25. Many times after high school and ‘youth group’ young people aren’t sure where to get involved in. This is the place! We take several outings, and keep one another connected in ministry while growing in Christ together.
NO LIMITS
Our “Middle Aged Friends In Action'” is a special group of the ages 30+ who meet fellowship every 3 months with special outings and get-togethers.
We believe that it is important to stay connected with people that we can relate to life with.
SEASONED SAINTS
Destiny Church recognizes the continued fruitfulness and celebrates the vital contribution that older adults make to the lives of our congregation. Age brings with it qualities of perspective, persistence, and prudence. Age also brings awareness of limits, vulnerabilities and loss. Destiny Church celebrates these gifts, shares these losses, and encourages faithful living across the age span.
This group meets about every 3 months for fellowship dinners, and other activities.
ELDERS
Our Elders are assigned a group of members to be held accountable to. Elders will check in on the families of our church, help assist in hospital visitations, be in contact with families regarding prayer needs, etc
VAN MINISTRY
Our church vans run routes before and after every service for those who need transportation. At this time, we only run routes within a 5 mile radius from our church. For more information regarding transportation, please contact us so that we can get you in touch with out driving coordinator.
ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL
Our Administrative Council is a group of qualified believers who help take care of the business aspects of our local church and ministries. They meet with Pastor Tucker regularly to discuss, plan, and organize the business affairs of Destiny.
